I love "Centre Directors and Service Managers" meeting
5. My talking time is either minimum or zero.
4. I find it's interesting listening to stuff that normal people would NEVER have any idea or talk about (for example, KPI - Conversion - SSDS - SPP - FRF - CFP - Margin and more!)
3. It's fun hanging with people I don't usually meet on a daily basis. (IE. other managers)
2. You will realize how amusing it is watching people being emotional in the meeting where they are supposed to handle things professionally!!!
1. Knowing that though all the middle management people are in the same room for the whole day but nothing will really be sorted anyway.
**After all I get to go home a bit earlier than normal ... awesome!**
